This is the road that leads to my ancestral village. Bangana Palli. A remote village in the state of Andhra Pradesh, India. This village is around 500 kms away from my city. Because I need to travel from state to state. A diversion from the national highway leads to a smaller, dusty, rugged road that leads to the entrance of the village. This is the shot which I took just before reaching the village. I feel at peace when I’m in Bangana Palli. The clean air, free from pollution, the open sky, small petty shops, the village market, all flood my mind with a lot of child hood memories. I had posted about the mosque at my ancestral village previously here. It’s from this same village.
